Terms and Conditions for Guajana Rum

Welcome to Guajana Rum! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”) and the services we offer, including the booking of distillery tours. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site. We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms on the Site.

2. Age Requirement

This Site is intended for use by individuals who are of legal drinking age in their country and state of residence. You must be of legal drinking age to purchase our products or book a tour. We do not sell alcohol to persons under the legal drinking age. By using this Site, you are affirming that you are of legal drinking age.

3. Distillery Tour Bookings

a. Bookings: All distillery tour bookings are subject to availability. Bookings can be made through the booking system on our Site. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful booking.

b. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

c. Cancellations and Refunds:

• To receive a full refund, you must cancel your tour booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour time are non-refundable.
• To cancel a booking, please follow the instructions in your confirmation email or contact us directly.
• Guajana Rum reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule.

d. Conduct on Tour: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is visibly intoxicated or behaving in an unsafe or disruptive manner, without a refund. All visitors must follow the instructions of the tour guide for their safety.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Guajana Rum or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm Guajana Rum or users of the Site.
